    We invest a lot in our people, and want to keep our top talent engaged and happy with their work. While we know that working in our centres may be temporary, our goal is to help individuals get as much experience as they can in the short time they're with us, and offer the opportunity for growth if they want to make a career out of it. So, while some our agents may stay for 2 years, we have agents and managers alike who have been with the company for 10-20+ years! Our President started his career as an agent in Glasgow, almost 25 years ago, and now heads our Company in Newmarket, ON.

    We believe recognition is a huge motivator, so we implemented an online rewards and recognition platform where all employees can recognize, and be recognized for the work they do. Some recognitions, and milestone anniversaries also come with points, which can be redeemed for anything from pre-paid credit cards to the latest tech.

    We run incentives, hold events, and listen to our employees feedback to implement whatever we can to ensure they have a positive experience. In terms of career development, we have tons of resources employees can access to learn, and offer tuition reimbursement and opportunities to grow. In Newmarket and London, we'll even take your professional headshot for you to upload to your LinkedIn.

    We want a working relationship that helps us, and you, no matter how long you're with us!

  • Fire all the brown nosing middle management and hire people with sincere integrity. Furthermore, and have more realistic expectations in training procedures. People are human, not cattle or mindless dumb sheep

  • I would suggest better training systems be put in place and have it consistent. Ensure the training is followed through. Allowing the trainee to learn and stay within the department long enough to become good and not to keep moving them from department to department.

  • This company needs to leave the earth.

  • Stop cutting our hours to make it impossible to live

  • I have mental issues and they let me go on stress leave for 3 months to figure it out. They are not babysitters and lack of skill is not a mental illness. Apply to Macdonald.

    Stop lying to your employees.

    Give them better pay.

    Better training.

    Better commission.

    Treat the employees like actual humans.

    Get better management and team leads.

    Make it worth wild for the employees to come in.

    And when I say employees, I mean the agents, not HR

    Get better benefits. And get benefits that actually start 6 and 12 months from day of employment.

  • To not have a strict dress code for phone agents, better salary for those working in collections department & offer things like free parking or bus pass for good performance. Not that terrible points thing that u need 1 million to get a crayon. Quality over quantity, fewer employees that you pay well over a bunch with poor salaries.

  • Cut out the dead weight.

  • Stop lying and don't bring down others on mental problems
