    In-person interviews are scheduled in advance, or during drop-in hours. A Hiring Manager will tour the facilities to give a candidate a first-hand experience of the office environment. Skill-based and behavioural questions are asked of a candidate to determine if they’ll be a fit. Interviews go two-ways though – we want candidates to ask honest questions to determine if we’re a fit for them too! We complement our interviews with some testing, be it typing, role play, or behavioural assessments.

  • Interview process consists of questions based on the skills and experience you have to offer, interview is quite informative based on scheduling, training etc. The people seem very energetic and positive!
