We pride ourselves on having a fast process from initial application to start date! Once you apply on indeed, a recruiter should be in touch by the next day. After a short pre-screen interview, and if we both agree that an in-person interview makes sense, your appointment will be set for the next couple of days. After your interview, we may extend a conditional offer (based on reference, and background checks). If we don't feel it would be a good fit, we will let you know within a couple days, and hope you will do the same.

In most of our offices we have new hires starting almost weekly, so, an organized candidate who is available for an interview can sometimes start within a couple of days from when they first apply. Our goal is to have a thorough, but swift hiring process for candidates – we know many are keen to get started working with us right away!

  • Fog a mirror. They will train you for basically a few days and then put you on the floor and give you a few days to meet their expectations and then terminate you before the end of your probationary period.
