After a short pre-screen interview, and if we both agree that an in-person interview makes sense, your appointment will be set for the next couple of days. After your interview, we may extend a conditional offer (based on reference, and background checks). If we don't feel it would be a good fit, we will let you know within a couple days, and hope you will do the same.In most of our offices we have new hires starting almost weekly, so, an organized candidate who is available for an interview can sometimes start within a couple of days from when they first apply. What is the interview process like at Bill Gosling Outsourcing?
In-person interviews are scheduled in advance, or during drop-in hours. A Hiring Manager will tour the facilities to give a candidate a first-hand experience of the office environment. Skill-based and behavioural questions are asked of a candidate to determine if they’ll be a fit. Interviews go two-ways though – we want candidates to ask honest questions to determine if we’re a fit for them too!
