Our President started his career as an agent in Glasgow, almost 25 years ago, and now heads our Company in Newmarket, ON. We pride ourselves on having a fast process from initial application to start date! Once you apply on indeed, a recruiter should be in touch by the next day. After a short pre-screen interview, and if we both agree that an in-person interview makes sense, your appointment will be set for the next couple of days. After your interview, we may extend a conditional offer (based on reference, and background checks). If we don't feel it would be a good fit, we will let you know within a couple days, and hope you will do the same.In most of our offices we have new hires starting almost weekly, so, an organized candidate who is available for an interview can sometimes start within a couple of days from when they first apply. Our goal is to have a thorough, but swift hiring process for candidates – we know many are keen to get started working with us right away!

Our working hours range depending on the office location, time of year, and Client needs. We generally have a range of shifts that can fit for most people’s lives. Our recommendation is to reach out to our recruitment team to find out what the current needs are and we’ll likely have a shift that can suit your lifestyle whether Full-Time, Part-Time, Permanent or Seasonal. And if we don’t have something that fits right now, we will contact you when something does come up!

In-person interviews are scheduled in advance, or during drop-in hours. A Hiring Manager will tour the facilities to give a candidate a first-hand experience of the office environment. Skill-based and behavioural questions are asked of a candidate to determine if they’ll be a fit. Interviews go two-ways though – we want candidates to ask honest questions to determine if we’re a fit for them too! We complement our interviews with some testing, be it typing, role play, or behavioural assessments.

Criminal background checks are required for employment at Bill Gosling Outsourcing - though we understand mistakes can be made in people's pasts. not all criminal records will be excluded from hiring. Please reach out to one of our recruiters to find out if we can work with you.For our financial Clients, we also require Credit checks. But don't worry - it's not about bad credit or good credit, we just need to make sure you don't owe any money to the Client you will be working for!
