Productive, fun with exercise room
There is a schedule to follow, learning and following management, keeping up with camp role expectations, every camp is different but has the same workplace culture, remembering to keep a safe and healthy environment for all to work in and enjoy.

Great company to work for
I think these other reviewers are disgruntled employees. I have worked for Big Sky since 2013 and they have never lowered their wages. In fact they increased their pay scale at the end of 2014 and never decreased even after oil took a downturn. I have never found the work load to be too much, as long as you are organized. I really appreciate the amount of freedom they give chefs to design and prepare their own menus. You have to be employed for 6 months before you get enrolled on their benefits program but it is a very good program, 100% coverage on a lot of things. They also have an RSP program for their staff. They do expect a certain level of quality from their cooks and cleaning staff and if you don't cut it you wont be around for too long.
