cons:
They don't pay overtime, but have no problem making you work 50+ hours a week...in the winter hours get go down to 25-30 a week. If you try to find something to supplement your income during the slower months they will fire you.

departments clash, and compete against one another.

can get "laid off" for no reason.

constantly having - more... to re-do work because things are so disorganized. for example...you'll make some furniture then it will be left out in the elements and get moldy, having to be re-sanded.

very high turn over rate.

not very safety oriented

pros:
good ... - less
Prosbeer on fridays
Conslong hours, with no over time (not sure how they legally get away with this one)
