Pay is always on time and fairly accurate. Other than that not much else, unless working for incredibly inept management or for less than market value is considered a perk. There are far far better employer's out there. Good luck
Fire the local Directors and Team Leaders in Vancouver who promote bullying and lack of respect among the Team. The offer no assistance or mentoring to succeed as an employee. Very amateur and unprofessional group in general.
Very bad Team Leaders and Directors. Not capable of leading or mentoring a team. Absolutely no expert service they can provide anyone. Really setting a bad example if the company intends to survive.
Fire the local Vancouver Directors and Team Leaders add no value to the organization and only inhibit growth. Presently there are no real Directors or Team Leaders to lead or mentor a Team.
What is the vacation policy like at BGIS? How many vacation days do you get per year?
15 days per calendar year......and you need every one of them to recover from what they put you through.
