  • Take time to talk to all levels of Team Members whenever the opportunity presents itself. There is much untapped ability in the company.

  • Fire the local Vancouver Directors and Team Leaders add no value to the organization and only inhibit growth. Presently there are no real Directors or Team Leaders to lead or mentor a Team.

  • Treat employees with dignity
