Very toxic business atmosphere.
Top and medium-level management do not care of their employees, do not accept any critic despite proclaim opposite. The client' employees are ignorant which create very stressful work environment.

Worst place I’ve worked
In my 30 years of worst, this is by far the worst place I’ve worked in any country, any continent. The culture simply sucks. Management is misogynistic and plays favorite. STAY AWAY

Great flexibility
This company is the most flexible in the industry I have heard of. As long as your work gets done, nobody seems to mind how you do it. I can take the afternoon off for school, make up for it when I can. Lots of OT available, it's really up to you. Make your own schedules make your own quotes.

Great place to work, they recognize staff who perform well. Lots of opportunities for advancement.
No complaints. I think BIGS is a solid company that is a leader in commercial real-estate and innovation. The company has a lot of different departments to it that there are so many opportunities for advancement and collaboration.
