BGIS is a decent company but has (and still is) grown to be very large. It's the only place I have ever worked where I never met my manager face to face in a little over two years of being there.
The facility I work at is poorly managed (by the customer/client) and makes it difficult and frustrating to go about my day. I know what needs to be done - more... and can pretty much have the place running on auto pilot but, no can do. Customer is always right... right?
Benefits are good, pay is good only because of the acquisition we went through and they had to keep our rate the same or better.
Over ... - less
ProsGood pay/benefits, some perks
ConsPoor management on both BGIS and customer parts
