Great organizational culture that provides all the tools and structure to successfully operate your own business.

As a publisher you are self-employed and sky's the limit as to how you grow your business. You have complete control of your time and can make a very comfortable living, while providing a much needed community service.

Work at your own pace but stick to deadlines

When you are on a contract with BVM, it is strictly a part time position. A content coordinator is paid $500/month, which isn't too bad, it takes about 10 hours a month to do the work. Flexible, remote work

Workload at one magazine is 3x what it was two years ago, as I am working without a publisher. Not a great situation. Very hard to find new families to profile in monthly feature article. This is probably my toughest task.

very competitive no pay until publication after multiple deals you close on your own.

Cold calls everyday. Every meeting u get from cold calls maybe 1/10 will close sometimes many more. No pay til u have many closings to finally publish
