Good agency to work for, never had a shortage of work in my experience with them. Office responds quickly to concerns or issues. If you need to pick up some quick work or want to explore construction companies I would definitely recommend Best.

Don't recommend

Low pay, no benefits. Jobs never matched what sent for. Safety and first aid jobs are more often labour jobs with a certificate. Almost never as advertised. The employers supports the clients needs at the expense of the employee getting taken advantage of.Burn and turn employer.

It is not a fun place to work!

This company is one of the worst companies I worked. I worked at the main office in New Westminster and I am so glad I left- there is not a proper training, not a helpful staff and there is not options to advance in your career.

Good place to learn and understand how to grow

Work is mostly at contruction sites doing simple clean-up, sweeping, moving materials, assisting lead labourer, although there is also warehouse work.it's a great opportunity to see different trades in action. most enjoyable part of the job is working with different people on every assignment.Hardest part is navigating the jobsite, sometimes there are several workers all working on a large project with little coordination and some jobs can be repetetive for example shovelling gravel all day.

Best Personnel is a good company to work with. The management is on top of things. You get paid daily by e transfer. I find working with Best is a great experience.

its good and energized company industry as general labour learned alot ^_^ and management is professional, they are looking after workers and ensure the skills development. I would recommend this company specifically seasonal jobs.

Getting work is easy here showing incentive pays off.

I liked working @ Best, they got me through the interview & off to work right away, I've bin doing construction a long time so it's an easy fit for me, I know others that work there & they all like it there, good place for work

A great temp labor place for the skilled worker.

'Best' is a good place for temporary work when seeking medium skilled and professionaly skilled work. The clients are happy to see above average workers come to work for them.

Overall a great place to work

I feel that Best treats their workers with respect and that the management has my back. There a lots of job placements available and many opportunities to make good connections with companies looking to hire.

Mercenary work --- Low to Average pay --- 50% of management is fair --- CYA!

It is a place where you work as a peon.The wages are very low, lest you get a fair boss who will actually compensate you for your skills and contribution. The company rare pays over $20/hour. Unskilled/Skilled labour is termined by them, not you.

Great way to advance in your career by getting experience or find permanent work while being placed with various successful companies

Best has many companies that use there services so there is always that opportunity to be permanently placed with a reputable company. It's also good if you want casual on call work as there are many companies that use Best Personnel when they need good reliable workers. Whatever suits you, you can tell the team what you want and a good chance they can place uou in a job or career that suits your needs.

Very professional management.

The management is very knowledgeable and solve any problems quickly. The company pays on a daily basis if desired and makes it very easy to submit time sheets.

Various work sites and work cultures

A typical day at work includes; site inspections, implementing safe work procedures, work closely with superintendents, accident investigations, first aid...I have learned trades safe work procedures involving trades who complete high rise structural projects.work place culture varies from type of construction at various construction sites throughout the lower mainland; including demolition, renovation, restoration, multi-phase building projects.The most enjoyable part of the job is viewing all aspects of the project, seeing how projects come together, and coordinating with all trades regarding safety.The hardest part of the job is navigating, researching and obtaining the vast knowledge of BC regulations and policies and maintaining a calm and collective attitude in unlikely traumatic situations.

Great place for temp work

I have always liked Best Personnel. All the ladies there are respectful, collaborative and hardworking. They pay daily, weekly or monthly either by check or etransfer . When it come to temp agencies ; they are the BEST !

I do recommend for extra money

Great staff but the pay for some jobs (without certs) isn't enough too pay rent in the Lower Mainland. Gets certs for more pay and it can be steady. They do care about the workers. They just can't get everyone working.

Best personal is the best company I have ever worked for. Everyone should work for them they pay well they have lots of work they are very nice they have good clients

Could be a bit more steady

I found that they don’t seem to have enough work for tcp workers cause it seems to be hit and miss with them they seem to have an ambundance of labour jobs and very few skilled labour jobs
