Overall a good place to work
Assistant Manager (Former Employee) –  Greater Toronto Area, ON2 May 2019
If you want to learn how to be patient, empathetic, and deal with almost any type of issue involving products or services, this is a great experience.

Benefits are great, the longer you stay the better they get.

Since its a sales based environment, its always going to be a top focus over everything else.
Pros
great benefits, lots of life skills learned
Cons
difficult to advance outside of sales

Not a bad place - only really an entry level job
customer service (Current Employee) –  Langley, BC3 December 2019
Not a lot of room for growth they only promote those the current management like. Flexible hours, ok benefits for full timers and paid sick days. Good employee discount but pay isn't very competitive or good. Expect a 2% raise at 6 months then yearly from there
