My time here though brief was very informative. I learned several communication skills in regards to handling customers in a timely and efficient manner. The supervisors were supportive and when a call became escalated to the point where I no longer had the power to assist the customer they would take over and continue to instruct through action. They led by example resulting in a tight workforce where no one would slack off. The workplace had a friendly environment and everyone was on a first name basis. More so than a team Best Buy aimed to have everyone feel like a family.
