Absolutely terrible company to work for
Covert OPS Specialist (Tier 1 Computer Support) (Former Employee) –  Vancouver, BC30 April 2019
All they do is scam good people out of their money.

We were forced to push overpriced "insurance" and "warranty" plans onto older people. Specifically seniors just because management knew they offered the most.

The job requires interacting with customers about the latest in technology, and helping them find a product that best fits their needs. In the spare time, you use the time to clean and down stock, making sure your section is tidy and products are on the shelves fro customers.

There was also times when the future was bleak and unpredictable and a bunch of stores closed along with all of the sister concern (Future Shop).
