Depending on the Best Buy locations in states, they want people with a lot of retail experience. If you happen to work seasonal in the past with a few references, you're pretty much in. If you happen to work in management positions, you're in.
Process personally: phone interview, depending on how it goes, they'll schedule you for an interview with a supervisor. If all goes well, they'll follow up with you on a 3rd (or 2nd if you don't count the phone interview) interview with an operation manager. Depending how you answer their questions and availability, you'll get another interview with the store manager and from there you're hired.
Bit of a long process, but again it depends on the place, the interviewers and your work background.
