This is really the only reason I stayed for as long as I did before termination. People who work there actually care for their customers and their needs, not just selling them an expensive item because they can. Co-workers are REALLY easy to get along with and you can almost always connect to someone in your department, let alone others.

I think it is in great shape because of how the workers are treated and the environment that has been established for success and comfort of the work place
