This is really the only reason I stayed for as long as I did before termination. People who work there actually care for their customers and their needs, not just selling them an expensive item because they can. Co-workers are REALLY easy to get along with and you can almost always connect to someone in your department, let alone others.

The pace is pretty fast. You needed to test all repaired units by the end of the day, otherwise, management would be mad.
