Management in my department is arrogant, promote favoritism and discrimination. Only growth for privileged and favorite people. Favorite and privileged employe can do whatever they want and openly go against company policies. If management doesn't like you (you are not in the list of favorite or privileged employe) then you won't be greeted. Management walk by beside you without greeting you (ex: saying good morning) but otherside they can have long conversations with favorite employees on their personal matters (ex: trips, family or etc.)
Favorite and privilege employe can make mistake and don't get in trouble but if you make same mistake then you are in big trouble. Majority of people in my department feel discrimination and favoritism from management.

If you know the higher ups then you're secured a good position, otherwise you will stay a low level employee
