How is the training?

7 answers

  • Great Training, was up and running properly within 3 weeks. But they had told me they expect new hires to take anywhere up to 5-6 weeks.

  • Very thorough

  • Training is just throw you on the floor and ask someone there to show you what you need to do. Not much instructions or even a handbook about anything.

  • Indifferent.

  • The general onboarding is ok, but my coworkers and boss were not cooperative

  • Very basic. Lots of online courses to complete constantly, but often little training on sales proficiency, or skills for advancement beyond current roll.

  • There was 0 training. They give you a 1 day orientation where you mainly learn about the company history and HR policies, but nothing specific to your department. All you can do is learn as much as you can on the job until you become comfortable enough on your own.
