17 answers

  • It's handled in a professional and timely manner. Best management I've seen in a long time.

  • Constructive criticism. They just want you to learn and succeed.

  • Feedback is given in monthly one on ones where employees are shown their sale numbers and given tips on how they can improve on certain aspects to increase sales.

  • face to face, 1-1 meetings, etc

  • For me it was often given in private meetings with department managers.

  • Feedback is consistent so you know where you and your team goals are and where they need to be.

  • One on One meetings, Quick Sales Roleplay, General Mandatory Meeting

  • It isn't. If it is they will get a friend of yours to deliver it so they don't come off as a bad guy. Very hit or miss. The would rather just sit you down and get you to sign a paper stating you did something wrong. 3 times and you are gone.

  • Every day there is a short meeting and store leader talk about our NPS and tell us feedbacks also we have a portal all fresh news on there

  • Stop micromanagement it’s rediculous, actually compensate employees and actually show that you care about them instead of saying them
