No commission but they have reward systems in place for good sales
Nothing more than the occasional 5$ gift card.
Only for managers and above
They say they do, but then soon before the bonus comes, the ceo gets on a teams call to all of the company and gives a sob story about how the company didn’t do so well so what you were expecting is drastically reduced, assuming you get anything at all.
