The hour are set hard to change shift or to get replaced
Mostly set, especially if you are FT. Schedules are posted about two weeks in advance and need three weeks for scheduled time off. If you don't have a good availability though, expect less hours or less days scheduled
Working hours are flexible for most positions (almost all part-time roles, full-time in-store roles you have some flexibility but still you have to work during the open hours and 8 hours a day) and it is fixed for some others (Field Agents, etc.). Working on weekends (at least one of them) is almost mandatory for full-time employees and holidays are not off as well (this is retail, you have to expect even serious overtime during holidays).
Sort of, but it’s retail and they can have a lot of expectations for extended hours around major sales periods. Plus they don’t allow you to work remotely.
They have very flexible hours to work around any schedule
Yes. My manager never denied me time off when I needed it and scheduled me 5 days a week.
The hours were extremely limited and set. Very little flexibility.
The hours are set, but they are not very flexible either.
Best Buy allows for flexible working hours, however, it is hard to change your schedule if the company has already fixed those hours.
