Horrendous management, honestly. The amount of favouritism in the Langley DC location is ridiculous. People leave because they get harassed by a certain supervisor who's on his phone every second, and once you're on his hit list he sends his drinking buddies(and his pet bobby) after you to bully you and even go so far as finding out where you're applying. Their HR doesn't accept doctors notes and could care less if you had an asthmatic attack. The building manager will lay waste to a whole department of people before he gets rid of a problematic supervisor going on a power trip. To deny you a position in the company they'll lie straight to your face about your licences and try to deny you your paperwork.

Pretend that it's a fun place to work but it is not. Rules exist but there is no application. A lot of pressure to sell expensive warranties. Play with the fears of the customer to sell their services. No respect for labour law and management always favour management, not the workers. Pressure selling tactics, no respect for health and safety of workers and bad management.

Culture for sure. They say it’s not a pressured environment to sell but you still feel that pressure and often get spoken to when your sales numbers aren’t high enough. Also the lack of respect from other workers and mangament.
