Easy repetitive work on most shifts
Great work culture. Easy to work and training was given for everything. Learned lots of new things working in the warehouse and in theft. You need to be able to work quick and efficient to meet requirements of the job

Great place to work
There’s always something new to learn, management is very supportive and understanding, positive environment, customers can be frustrating but that’s just retail as a whole

Salary is lowest and BB has no defined employee review system. Increments / promotions are biased
Only a few at regional level take the bulk share in salaries. No promotions/ increments policy all by preferences. BB prefers rotating employees so that they can pay the minimum salary

Great work environment
Good work while being the best. Inspiring leaders and healthy culture. You are trusted to make good sales decisions. Non-commission so no over selling.

Pretty good
Good environment. Management, supervisors, and colleagues are usually great to work with and some care about your professional development. Not good benefits for part time, nor consistent hours.
