Forklift Operator in Hadashville, MB

It is fun
They say they take seniority is taken to full but it is not. The management runs things the way they feel and not to benefit workers. The workers that don’t want to learn or can’t do the work that is expected still get the same raises as the hard workers that have more experience.

Management do not care one bit about you. It's quantity over quality there.
Berger does not care about there employees what so ever. Alot of gosib from the employee and management. Talk bad behind other's backs. They don't respect there employees at all. They promise you stuff and don't keep there word. I could go on and on but it pays the bills and if you don't have any secondary schooling it's pretty much the only good paying job on the river.

A hard place to work
A typical day lasts from 12 to 15 hours. I learned how to operate various machinery with minimal training. Few days off. The workplace has a culture of harrasment and discrimination. Complaints are rarely resolved. The work is often hazardous. Favoritism is an issue. The best part of the job was the ability to work alone in the summer. The hardest part of the job was the constant harrasment by employees and supervisors alike.
