Work on building positive-reinforcement for sales instead of making threats against employees for not reaching their goals. A lot of sales missed have to do with lousy, overpriced product or a complete LACK of product. Fix the SOURCE problems and stop blaming the minimum-wage employees for your poor management.
Improve product quality and design, stop cutting corners, clean-up and do the necessary repairs to stores. Treat your employees as long-term instead of temporary fill-ins.
Deal with their employee's concerns and issues don't ignore them
