They get you really excited in the interview about the onboarding , team support and bonuses. What they don't tell you is team support is flat, bonuses NEVER happen because goals are high then they dangle cutting hours for not hitting them. Events are only for Toronto stores. If you have a problem with your fellow Arch Expert you're left on your own to deal. Really don't recommend working for thr company - especially from the clean sweep they did of all part timers because of covid when they chose to pay us being off.
