Fun Peopleits an okay company to work for, you get to meet a lot of fun people, lots of perks but the job itself is stressful and very competitive. They pay you a little above minimum, youre not allowed to accept tips but you do get monthly bonuses IF you reach the monthly goal

Favourite place I’ve ever worked.Couldn’t recommend Benefit enough to anyone looking for a career in cosmetics or aesthetics. They have been wonderful, always helpful with tons of perks!

NopeThey get you really excited in the interview about the onboarding , team support and bonuses. What they don't tell you is team support is flat, bonuses NEVER happen because goals are high then they dangle cutting hours for not hitting them. Events are only for Toronto stores. If you have a problem with your fellow Arch Expert you're left on your own to deal. Really don't recommend working for thr company - especially from the clean sweep they did of all part timers because of covid when they chose to pay us being off.

No stability..high expecationsYou work inside of a Sephora. They expect you to get all your own clients with very high selling goals weekly. The cost of a brow wax is $25 , much higher than anywhere else in the mall. The atmosphere of sephora is highly toxic. You are doing a service but not allowed to take tips. If you dont meet your goals your hours will be cut . They pressure you to oversell. Dont work here.
