Productive and Fun?..LOL

Repetitive job, repetitive injuries. No work place culture, do as they say, you will be fine. The hardest part of the job is listening to knobs, who do not know what they are talking about! aka (management). Nothing changes because these so called (managers) love their positions and perpetuate the sick conditions that permeate the work force.

Not a bad place . I have worked at worse. Has its good and bad points . Fairly clean work. Full equipped shop. Millwrights in demand. Lots of trouble shooting.

Fun environment for the most part. Fast-paced manufacturing facility.

A fast-paced manufacturing environment. Keeps you fit. 80% of coworkers are great humans. Made some lifetime friends. No workplace is perfect so lots of room for improvement.

Terrible place to work. Bad management. Supervisors don’t care about employees. Would never work there again. Met a few nice employees but overall everyone hates their job
