Bench Brewing Company is a Belgian-inspired farmhouse brewery located on 8 acres of farmland in Niagara’s beautiful Twenty Valley. Our brewery is situated in the Town of Lincoln, right in the heart of the the region’s rural but sophisticated wine region.

Unreliable summer job for students.

Going into this job a lot of us new hires assumed we would be getting close to full time hours; however they hired so many individuals that we would only be scheduled 4-8 hr shifts twice a week if that! The management was very hard to reach when questions needed to be answered or situations needed to be addressed. Went completely Downhill

The year I started at bench (2021) was great, the management was kind and supportive, they treated us with respect and understanding. People were happy to be there. Then the new hospitality management started in summer of 2022 and completely destroyed the culture of respect that bench once had. Great company, beautiful location

Great pay, fun work environment and nice staff benefits! Beautiful location and if you’re passionate about beer it’s definitely the place for you. The staff is helpful and lots of young people working there.

Worst hospitality job in the region

At bench the management was very cold and unreliable. I didn’t feel supported in my role and my wages were cut upon returning from lockdown. I felt terrible and miserable working there and management was arrogant and condescending. I wouldn’t recommend this employer, especially when there are so many other restaurants to work in the region.

Leadership is untrustworthy, uninformed, arrogant, and quite frankly a bully. There is no career development or advancement opportunities and all culture has been completely lost in this company.
