There's repeated times the company has cut hours and is and has been inconsistent with hours and fairness towards employees. They will take a personal grudge out on the employee which is unprofessional and unacceptable

I liked the working atmosphere.
Proper working hours were there.

co-workers were all good

line supervisor was exceptionally good.

there were 2 breaks and once you get settled you can actually adjust your break timing. ( maybe depends upon your supervisor)
Cons
took a leave one day, and never got back the job. No job security for line staff

Worked here for almost two years. Supervisors were great the people I directly worked with were great, with that being said upper management was not nice at all , always looking for the worst in people never praising for good work. They will write you up or try to for the littlest things and things that are out of your control. If your phone rings from this place don't answer
Pros
Worked with some very nice people on the floor even Supervisors were good
Cons
Site manager is very immature and needs some more management experience

Unpacking and repacking is the main task done Belvika. They line leaders and supervisors are very good with giving instruction. The best part of working at Belvika is having 3 breaks.

The most enjoyable part of the job is not the work itself, but the people you meet while working there. It is very easy to make good friends with everyone on your shift, and you never feel left out or alone while working. You always have someone to help you out with your work.

Very clean environment. Fast paced. New equipment at the time i started. Not enough microwaves for the number of people working there. You only get a 10 minute break and 20 minute lunch break. I 'm not a smoker but if you were. You had a long walk to the road.

Quality and productivity is the key expectation from every team lead at Belvika. I have learned to work well together with my fellow team members. Work is usually interesting with different line to run, with different team members, training and developing new skills...

The typical day at work is very slow-paced before work ends it gets very fast, there's a lot of employees that do their job, there's a lot of different cultures at work, and you have to be prepared for the things that come your way. I learned during work is time management because of the supplies that come in, and another thing that I learned during work is that you have to deal with employees if they have a good day nor bad day. The management at work is very bad and not organized. The hardest part about the job is probably lifting boxes to the wooden plate because the chocolates can weigh up to 5 to 15 pounds. The most enjoyable part of the job is getting to taste and receive free chocolate.
Pros
Free chocolate
Cons
Bad employees

Coworkers are lovely, management is a joke. Working as a line worker is repetative and if you don't like the job or are injured (such as back problems and cant lift) and cannot do it well they may tell you to go home. If you become a line lead, you will be doing three jobs for the price of one. Working here should be a last resort for anyone.

95% of people are temps, full time employees are lazy and complacent. You're literally just a number, work ethic means nothing, time served with the company means nothing. Watched a 5 year employee be sent home so a new hire could work. Floor supervisor is overtly flirtatious with young girls. Team leads carrying on relationships on the floor. Like high school all over again.
Pros
Decent hours, clean cool environment
Cons
Drama drama drama and laziness

Cheapskates don't give you a single chocolate even though they thrown out millions of brand new chocolates in the trash. They are extreme cheapskates. They throw out perfectly packaged products in trash but will not give it to employees.

under no condition would i recommend working here for anyone. i'm a university student living on a budget so that should say something. the management treats you like you're way beneath them. i once showed up and wasn't on the schedule (no one called me in advance), and in return was told "oh that sucks" by the manager of the plant. that's not even the worst of it - they force employees to work in conditions that are not suitable for standing for 8-10 hours. the temp agency who hired me made it seem like an ideal place to work at, but did nothing when informed of the situation at hand (they're also really bad with pay too). seriously do NOT work here.
Pros
some of the co-workers
Cons
management and the workload (so everything pretty much)
