Working for Bell my average day would consist of running day to day numbers, updating excel sheets and fulfilling emails and phone calls. Coaching on the spot with staff and learning different area's of each employee so I can work on area's of weakness. Working one on one with customers and resolving and complaints. Setting standards and leading the way.

We worked very hard and autonomously. Feedback on contributions was minimal, neither positive or negative. Some divisions are under pressure creating a sometimes stressful environment, but the people surrounding you always came through.
