As long as you are a hard worker with over 20 years experience you will be given a package

No work life balance. Management throws you under the bus every opportunity possible to make them look better. Overtime is mandatory but never ever paid. Weekends and overnight mandatory but no overtime paid. Such a horrible experience.

Sales Consultant

Commission is garbage compared to competitors and management is hit or miss. Most people are annoying and add you in Whatsapp Group Chats where they are always messaging outside work hours.

Everything great

The job is great. Salary is great. Target is genuine. Management should be more in sales role and be on ground. Coaching needs improvement. Salary is good. Should introduce greeters.

Pretty fun place but gets boring

it's fun when its busy, but as soon as you hit the slow season and there's no customers, its brutal, you get in trouble for not hitting targets and you're not making any commission so you can barely live. there's very little room for raises and advancements. but when you're in the Christmas season you can make a couple thousand in commission. for the most part management is great at all the stores i worked at, no complaints there.

Poor management and pay

High expectations and stress for low pay. Extremely high prices result in less customers and staff are blamed. Weird rules such as they can change your shift within 24 hour.

Stress - Challenge

Stressfull all the timeLe peu de temps que j'ai passe me laisse croire qu'il faut beaucoup de rigueur pour travailler en tant que tel, vu que c'est a partir de vos rendements que vous assurez votre poste. la competition qui regne etant tres forte, on doit s'adonner entierement pour faire ses preuves.La partie la plus dure, c'est de travailler une journee sans avoir fait aucune vente.

where dreams are thrown in the trash and set ablaze

do not work for bell if you are a good person, a strong worker, or a free thinker. you will be taken advantage of, chewed up and spit out.after 10 years of service, and still treated as yesterday's garbage. not inclusive unless its the fad of the month. #bellletstalk about that....

Where dreams go to fade

Avoid this company: They do not care if you are new, they do not care if you have mental difficulty from life problems (like they advertise ironically). This might sound like a disgruntled employee but I was the most educated in a room, first in and last out but was not given the support I needed when a family member was sick. Cubicle work with no connection: Do anything else.

Old school, uncaring management, no interest in helping, no support.

Bell is a good company to work for

Salaries are generally mediocre but benefits are definitely higher than average. Bell is a good stepping stone, especially in Canada; honestly, the reputation crosses borders. The environment is very calm and stress-free.

No work/life balance, constant pressure to produce more

Terrible toxic environment to work in.Management has put monitoring applications on every laptop (Variant)They monitor every keystroke and every application you go into.They give you feedback on your bathroom breaks!They do not appreciate their employees and expect you will be at their beck and call

No accountability from the people at the top

Most stressful and disorganized, toxic work environment ever. You are dammed if you do, and dammed if you do. Nobody in any department knows what's going on, they don't know what they are doing, and only pass the buck. In the end maybe 50% of what should be done for the customers is completed.

Good training, great management. Enjoyed my night shift position as well as my agent chat position. Work at home was very convenient. Train on-site then bring equipment home.

Environnement de travail très soutenu, bonne esprit d'équipe, salaire et avantages sociaux très bien.

Une journée normale chez Bell dépend des nouvelles demandes parfois urgentes, il faut gérer nos priorités, faire le suivi, analyser les coûts.


Bonne gestion et suivi des interrogations.


Un peu de stress face à des demandes urgentes.

Good job, limited growth in my department

Can be stressful at times, customer service is sometimes not your ally but and enemy. Limited growth. Good paycheques when its busy but not consistent. Had some good times here however, the negative can sometimes outshine the positives

It is the worst company for Sales representative, no incentives and just one location is given to cover.Since the covid is gone, the incentives which was already less, is now next to negligibleManagement is poor for employees

Productive and easy going place

Very easy going job, lots of room to learn the business and move up in management. Learning basics such as customer solutions and working a computer is all you need to thrive
