Stress - Challenge

Stressfull all the timeLe peu de temps que j'ai passe me laisse croire qu'il faut beaucoup de rigueur pour travailler en tant que tel, vu que c'est a partir de vos rendements que vous assurez votre poste. la competition qui regne etant tres forte, on doit s'adonner entierement pour faire ses preuves.La partie la plus dure, c'est de travailler une journee sans avoir fait aucune vente.

Our team is a great team of team work and respect.Our bosses are great guys, they respect us and appreciate the hard work the team does.Volume of work is gigantic

Fun workplace

Hourly salary suppose to be more than what they are paying right now. It means if don't sell you're not getting enough money to face your billing situation. They should pay people at list $20/hour to keep people working there, that will be more exciting workplace.

Culture à revoir

Culture vicieuse et très politique. Il faut aimer la hiérarchie. Peu de considération. Certains dirigeants manquent de savoir-être, on se croirait dans une jungle.

Not a terrible place to work but needs improvement

The work and salary is OK. The company struggle to keep top talents because of the bureaucracy and the culture. Frankly I don't find the company practice what they advocate for, they could have done better. A lot of people here are just barely doing their job, so it's hard to find enthusiasm here. A lot of nepotism and a bit misogyny. Moving within the company is hard and internal applicants are not generally preferred, which is very odd.

Mauvaise condition de travail et mauvais salaire mauvaise habitude..exposer à la chaleur d été et au froid de l hiver et surtout au danger de l échelle et au danger chez les client parfois

entreprise qui vous exploite avant de se débarrasser de vous dès que l'occasion se présente

entreprise à éviter , tu te donne a fond ou comme tu peux , sans aucun avantage (social / congé de 2 semaines /pression/ salaire minimum ...) tout ça sans perspective d'avancement ou de promotion qui reste une exclusivité au personnes qui on des affinités avec les décideurs et non selon les compétences

salaire misérable, poste non syndiqué, pression constante pour les objectifs, pas de possibilité d'avancement, incompétence flagrante des gestionnaires, pause de 30 mn, travailler debout pendant tout le quart ...

Commission mal faite

Système de commission mal conçu objectif complètement dépassé . De la pression inutiles et abusé a un point il faut mentir au clients! Honnetement mauvais employeur devrais prendre note a ses concurrents

Wealthy boring robats!

Bell was the wealthiest company I worked for in my life and the stingiest one! They won't pay for software and make you work with the limited and cheapest versions exist in the market ( at list the branch I was working for was like this, I know other branches are not like that) At the branch, I was working for ( at 671 la Gouchetiere ) they don't put any value on the usability of the product and they just want to produce stuff to tell their bosses that they are working so they get paid... they are very boring and their work- lifestyle is equivalent to Robots who works in grayscale factories in sci-fi movies after world war2!

A silo environment

A lot of employees are there 15+ years. It's a very silo work environment. Your expertise and skills mean less than position level. It's an environment full of politics and power struggling. People don't like to share and like to protect their jobs. There is no objective employee evaluation. As my manager said, the evaluation is based on his impression. The benefits, however, are great.

Les journées passes vites, le personnel est très collaboratif et c'est ce qui fait de Bell une bonne entreprise dans laquelle les employés ont envie d'y travailler.
