Brand has very bad reputation

People will scold you a team at you. Especially door knocking is very difficult in winter. Managers are good and supportive always helpful. But working condition very rough you will have no self esteem you have to bag customer to buy bell service.

Don't stay there too long.

The job can be physically exhausting, carrying ladders, working at heights and in subzero temperatures. Just get enough experience and then leave. Little or no chance to get interviews in other Bell subsidiaries.(Bell Technical Solutions)

Very good work culture

Recently joined and too early to give any feedback. Good work life balance There is a need to perform on a constant basis. It is good that the company gives a base salary along with portion of commissions (which is a very good part) and it keeps you motivated ot sell more and be with the company

Excellent Salary and Benefits - Toxic Corporate Culture

I worked for them some time ago and things may have changed. Salary and benefits were excellent. The work itself was rewarding but the corporate culture was very stressful, toxic, and highly political. People got promoted because of how they played the political game not competence. As a result there were many toxic bosses. There were great corporate events and those were enjoyable. Not very family-friendly. Very demanding. Career life balance is tough if you had young children.

Very flexible

Through my years with bell I've had amazing management experiences. I've been given so many opportunities within my area but when trying to apply to other positions within the company it seems very impossible to achieve. Overall an "okay" company to work for.

Pros

Very laid back environment

Cons

Low wages, hire outside personnel before current employees

Change Management Analyst

My typical day at work is to manage all changes which are being scheduled for production. This means understand what the change is, review what pre-testing have been done and also provide a resource who will make this change. I also manage any outages which may occur in the system. With respect to management, in a previous role as ATM Service Delivery Manager, I was involved in creating this department from scratch. Which means hiring staff, training, creating new process and procedures as well as working with vendors. The hardest part of my job is trying to accommodate every request and not saying "no". I get to work with all the different teams in Bell Mobility.
