Great people to work with
Rather calm environment. Good people overall. A bit of a delay in replacing people when they leave. Bell is nation wide, so there are opportunities across Canada.

Not the best
Constantly downsizing and merging departments so that one employee is now doing the job of 3 without any pay raise. Burnout is a big problem. Managers try their best but it is the higher ups decisions

Below average pay and constant cuts
Layoffs are constantly happening and the pay is subpar to begin with. Raises are in the 1-2% range yearly and you are told to be be appreciative of those figures. Verily little opportunity for advancement with widespread advancement. WFH was widely praised during covid but now forced back into the office.

Great Experience
Definitely a great company with so many engaging tasks! Lots of constant change and growth. New projects are always on the go, and the culture is inclusive and exciting.
