I left because I was being treated poorly and they kept reducing my work. By my last year there I was barely making a living and was completely disrespected.Answered 23 May 2020
Very conversational. Friendly and relaxed. They are looking for sales people so you need to be comfortable conversing with people at length.
There is a portion of the interview that involves ethics and conduct but those shouldn't be any issue.Answered 24 September 2019
The work environment is toxic and filled with bullies, underachievers and some egomaniacs with too much power and who only care about cementing their role as opposed to doing what's best for the team, let alone the company. The overall level of professionalism is low, especially with respect to software development/devsecops/CICD, where there is a trend for hiring unqualified people, resulting in poorly designed software systems that are a mess even at initial implementation. In contrast, it's a great place to learn the dark arts of manipulation and deception, and the work hours are flexible.Answered 6 September 2020
What would you suggest Bell Media Inc. management do to prevent others from leaving?Asked 30 November 2018
More transparency in job details. Better training programs for those starting out. Increases tolerance or avenues for those not best suited to high pressure sales environmentsAnswered 24 September 2019
