As usual, those that don't want to work, leave the feedback. I thought I would let you know the real Bell-Camp, the one everyone that works at Bell-Camp knows.
I have worked at Bell-Camp for the past 15+ years and look forward to going to work every day. Bell-Camp is run by amazing management who are always looking ahead to ensure the shop is always busy regardless of how the economy is doing, I have never once felt my job was in jeopardy even when other similar companies where laying off or closing completely. The owner is very approachable and very caring about his employees, its like a family where everyone has everyone else's back. The work completed at Bell-Camp is very diverse and rarely is a project repeated, so ever project is new and this makes the job very exciting and satisfying. If you want to be successful in the steel fabrication industry, you will be nothing but successful working at Bell-Camp, and likely like me, will make it your entire career.
Overtime available, though not required unless its very critical to meet a customers completion requirement. Pay overtime after 40 hours, double time after 50 hours. They offer a generous night shift premium
Excellent safe work environment, always changing work, great management, great co-workers, profit sharing, great benefit plan, and much more
Dealing with the occasional co-worker that is always unhappy with everything, and the patience management has to give them far too many chances.
