Evening after 6to 12 and 2 full night wednesday and saturday night
A person that needs to be part of bee-clean first of all arrange you self and wear uniforms which shows that you are cleaner,
I personally aqree with most of the cleaner's that have said some supervisors have no respect for there staff believe me had a good with Bee Clean
Till one of the Resident mangers took over and that was enough and he was rude and very unprofessional. And English was horrible
Absolutely no benefits at all, they tell you they give benefits and don’t, it also specify’s in the sign up package that they offer benefits, but that is false too, they offer nothing at all
No flexibility
It sucks.. they treat you unfairly, cut your hours. talk about people behind their backs. yell. lie, cheat..
Ensure and strengthen the communication aspect between the client and the employer with the employee in order to achive client satisfaction. Which also allows the employee to appreciate his given or finished work while knowing he's meeting the clients expectations
