getting stock out and dealing with customers.doing product counts, planagrams, training new staff. replenishment if needed. hardest part of the job was not having enough staff to get the stock out. most enjoyable is helping customers and knowing you have helped them as best as you can.

Some of the girls were great to work with and others were difficult. Management at Sears in general was awful. One minute you're doing a great job the next your not.
