Your show once you are on driving seat - make it or break it
Happy to serve community, with okay pay and great benefits. Some days are odd, like at any other job. But majorly you yourself make your day good or bad, based on your actions or reactions.A lot of choices are based on seniority, which you can feel badly, during your starting months.Very responsive and supportive on road support, in case of trouble.Once you are home, you are home.

Great opportunity for learning and career advancement
Great training opportunities. Multiple locations. Great industry training. Top notch tooling. Supportive staff and management. Flexible work schedule.

Long hours
Worked there for several years. Had excellent safety and attendance record. No recognition from employer - feedback solely based on customer complaints. Everything goes on your permanent record, whether or not it has been validated.

most poorly managed company ever
I saw them waste over $20M in 2 short years. They have no effective strategy and weak leadership. There hiring and recruitment system is based on hiring friends

Terrible management
Both union and management are terrible. If you're ok with crazy hours for a job you won't feel appreciated then go for it. I don't recommend working here
