Interview process is a slow process. This was my personal experience, I found the interviewers little nervous and using paper sheets to ask questions and I had to follow up on my interview results again and again as the interviews didn't think of replying back the results or replying back to my emails, which I found little disrespectful towards the applicant who were waiting for the response.
