toxic work environment
CSR staff are treated like pawns to be moved around. upper mgmt. does everything to keep their job secure. Work is very stressful and all movement is monitored. Working 20 hrs. /wk. is about all I could manage given the level of stress. Very cult-like environment, 15 min. break per 5 hr. shift.What would you say about your employer?
