Do your job and you will be fine. Walk around like you are 'all that and a bag of chips' on your third day type of attitude and it will not be pleasant. Seen it to much where people say it is a bad place to work and such. 95% of the time the person that says that has a sense of entitlement that they have not earned. Your employer is not there to make sure your personal needs of your private life are accommodated as you see fit, you are getting paid to do a job.

Answered 16 September 2019It's just a terrible company to work for. The salary is very low in comparison to industry standards for the same role, but they'll sell you on the fact that the Benefits are worth it. Which isn't always the case, to be honest. The benefits are great, but the work itself isn't worth the salary at all. People that stay here are usually lifers and the high rating this company gets is 99% from head office where they get 1 day off extra per month, work monday to friday, have a cafeteria and gym in their building and right now, get to work from home and have no understanding of how the store are run or the challenges we face. That is where the high ratings come from, that's not opinion, that's fact.
Answered 26 November 2020It was fast paced and much of the work is physically demanding. The culture is terrible. There is a serious lack of trust between employees and management.
