Do your job and you will be fine. Walk around like you are 'all that and a bag of chips' on your third day type of attitude and it will not be pleasant. Seen it to much where people say it is a bad place to work and such. 95% of the time the person that says that has a sense of entitlement that they have not earned. Your employer is not there to make sure your personal needs of your private life are accommodated as you see fit, you are getting paid to do a job.

Answered 16 September 2019The pace is fairly slow in the beginning of the week but it definitely picks up. The pace of work is also chaotic because no one is where they should be, people ignore pages to come to the front for the cashier or to receive product in the warehouse. Staff that has been jaded from being there too long, will haphazardly stock products and over stock items or put them in the wrong spot, which messes with Inventory Audits.
Answered 26 November 2020It was fast paced and much of the work is physically demanding. The culture is terrible. There is a serious lack of trust between employees and management.
Answered 30 December 2019After you achieve your hours to become part time regular you get the perk of having to go to graveyard shift. Also after climbing the seniority ladder, and taking all shifts you will be passed by junior people who are more highly favoured or related to management.
