Now this job isn't for everyone, It is hard work and requires getting messy some days, but the pay off is worth it. The BBQ's do require a lot of attention to detail, and so cutting corners isn't an option.
You can work 1 - 2 jobs a day, depending how late you want to work, and will earn up to 200$ a day before tips. As this is a client based job, - more... you can make a lot of money off of tips, so be nice.
You will be working alone which can be a bit stressful when things go wrong, but it teaches you a lot about problem solving and keeping the client happy. - less
