Productive and fun workplace
Great place to work! I love being a janitor. I've dreamt of being a janitor since I was 6. Becoming a janitor was the best decision that I ever made.

The most toxic work environment you can work in
Worst work place environment/ co workers always trying to negatively about others and smile in your face . Management does the same thing and they are very fake and unappreciatedNurses that work there feel they are not obligated to help psws when they need help. ALWAYS short staffed of psws.

Great flexibility
Bayshore is a terrific place to work. Management are generally very easy to reach and offer great support. There are many learning experiences. There is great staff support among your peers as well.
