Community Support Worker (Former Employee) - Sarnia, ON - 23 September 2023

As a part time employee my shortest day is 9 hours. The better you are at your job you get to also do other peoples jobs. Scary the stories I hear from clients and then find out that person is still allowed to work with people so vulnerable.

It’s an okay company, unfortunately and the coordinators are not organized. The clients are absolutely the best part of the job. We are severely underpaid and required to send emails and phone calls on our days off.

Great clients, horrible office management

I loved working with my clients, it was office staff that made me leave. It was wonderful helping clients with their daily tasks that needed done. Very rewarding job. I would of stayed forever if under different office staff
