It’s an okay company, unfortunately and the coordinators are not organized. The clients are absolutely the best part of the job. We are severely underpaid and required to send emails and phone calls on our days off.

The people you work with aren't bad, the people you work for are terrible.
LPN (Casual) (Former Employee) - Moncton, NB - 16 September 2022
working in people homes is always stressful but especially so when serious illnesses are involved. The family I worked for was so toxic I had to quit.
Pros
Your direct managers are pretty good, Corporate managers, less so.
Cons
Toxic client families.
